The Person Behind the Experience

Hi, I’m Nicholas Dana, the Owner and Property Manager-In-Charge of Driftwood Vacation Rentals and a proud Hilton Head Island local. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management & Administration from the Coles College of Business at Kennesaw State University.

Before founding Driftwood Vacation Rentals, I spent several years as a Project Manager in the hospitality and construction industry, where I developed strong leadership, organization, and client service skills. While earning my degree and managing large-scale projects, I also pursued my passion for hospitality, obtaining my Property Manager-in-Charge license and managing vacation rentals on the side.

Today, I combine that business and project management background with my love for the Lowcountry to deliver exceptional experiences for both guests and property owners. For guests, I focus on creating relaxing, well-maintained spaces that feel like home. For homeowners, I offer full-service property management built on trust, transparency, and hands-on care—helping them maximize their property’s potential while ensuring it’s treated like my own.

My goal is to make every stay seamless and every partnership rewarding, capturing the comfort, care, and coastal charm that both Driftwood Vacation Rentals and Hilton Head Island are known for.
